Light Weapon

Dagger

A vicious looking daggar, which is effective in close combat as well as from a distance.
The dagger is the favorite weapon of many a rogue

物騒な見た目のダガーだ。
近接戦はもちろん、離れた距離の戦いにおいても効果的である。
このダガーは多くのローグ達のお気に入りの武器だ。

Backbiter

Back(背中) + Biter(咬む者)

A vicious little blade tainted by unholy rites.

邪悪な儀式によって穢れを付呪された、恐ろしい短刀だ。

Baton

Baton(バトン、警棒)

A lightweight club covered with nasty looking metal studs

鋭利な鋲が打ち付けられた、軽い棍棒だ。

Longsword

A mighty weapon, the longsword is the weapon of choice
for Theareonan Knights. It is renowned for its ability to
impale even well-armored foes.

Theareonanの騎士によって選ばれた強力な武器である。
重装甲の敵すらも貫く能力があるとして知られる。

Venom Edge

Venom(猛毒の) + Edge(刃)

Noxious fumes ride from the blade of this dagger.

有毒な煙が刃の部分から吹き出ている。

Boneblade

Bone(骨の) + Blade(刃)

Succesful hit drains life from target and heals you.
The handle of this weapon feels deathly cold to the touch.

この武器は攻撃に成功した際に、敵から生命力を奪い使用者を回復する。
しかしこの武器の使用者は、柄の部分から這いよる
怖ろしい寒気に耐えなくてはならないだろう。

Fireblade

Fire(火の) + Blade(刃)

A magical fire flickers on the glowing hot steel of this blade.

高熱で光る刃の上で、魔法の炎が揺らめいている。

Lightning Blade

Lightning(稲妻の) + Blade(刃)

A rolling thunder can be heard every time
the blade of this sword moves through the air.

この剣を振るうとき、渦巻く稲妻が鳴り響く。

Moonblade

Moon(月の) + Blade(刃)

Symbolizing death and rebirth,
this blade is held in high esteem by the Xafi priests and priestesses.

死と再生を示す紋章が刻まれており、Xafiの聖職者や僧達からは畏敬の対象とされている。

Serpent Blade

Serpent(蛇) + Blade(刃)

A brass snake crawls along the back adge of the dagger.
Vicious venom seeps from its teeth, covering the blade.

黄銅の蛇がダガーの峰の部分に沿って這っている。
怖ろしい猛毒が歯の部分から滴り落ち、刃全体を覆っている。

Sickle Sword

Sickle(鎌) + Sword(剣)

This nasty looking curved blade seems like
the perfect tool for disemboweling your enemies.

このおぞましい形状の曲刀は、敵の内臓を引きずり出すのに最適な道具だ。

Venomfang Pick

Venomfang(毒牙) + Pick(ピック)

A tooth from a venomfang lizard is attached to a pole,
which makes for a simple but effective weapon.

トカゲの毒牙が先端に取り付けられている。単純な造りだが有効な武器だ。

Zarchton Harpoon

Zarchton(モンスター名) + Harpoon(モリ)

This polearm has two serrated prongs and
is a common sight among the aquatic Zarchton warriors
since it can be used comfortably both on dry land and while underwater.

鋸刃のような二つの突起を持つこの長柄の武器は、
aquatic Zarchton warriorsたちの間でよく使用されている。
なお、水中だけでなく地上においても問題なく使用することができる。

Ethereal Blade

Ethereal(エーテルの、霊的な) + Blade(刃)

The brightly glowing blade of the dagger passes through
solid matter with ease and it even leaves living tissue
completely unharmed.

このダガーの煌々と光る刃は、
生体組織を一切傷つけることなく、固体物質を容易にすり抜ける。

Heavy Weapon

Ax

Despite its size,
the Ax is an elegant and nimble weapon in the hands of a well trained warrior

よく訓練された戦士が扱うAxは、その大きさにもかかわらず優雅かつ軽快な武器となる。

Sabre

Unlike most weapons found on the Isle, this elegant sword looks brand new.

この島で見つかる大半の武器と違って、この上品な剣は新品のように見える。

Maul

A powerful hammer that you always thought was merely a myth.
It looks almost too massive for a human to use.

今まで「強力なハンマー」と考えていた全てのものは
これの前では単なる玩具に過ぎない。
もはや強力過ぎて人間には扱えないようにも見える。

Bane

This axe was gifted to Orul and Xarant Wormbound upon their arrival to the Isle of Nex.

この斧はOrulとXarant WormboundがNex島に到着した際に贈られたものだ。

Ancient Claymore

Ancient(古代の) + Claymore(クレイモア)

The frozen steel blade still remains sharp,
even though it has been wielded by a thousand different warriors.

この凍れる鋼の剣は、かつて無数の戦士によって振るわれてきたが
いまだにその鋭さを残している。

Meteor Hammer

Meteor(隕石の) + Hammer(ハンマー)

The head of this weapon is made of an actual meteorite
which has been imbibed with permanency magicks.
The meteorite still radiates heat.

この武器の先端は、魔法の力が付与された隕石によって作られている。
隕石の部分はまだなお熱を放っている。

Wand/Orb/Staff

Whitewood Wand

Whitewood(白材) + Wand(杖)

A beautifully crafted wooden wand that can be used to channel a wizard's energy

魔法使いの力を開放するために作られた、美しい造形の木の杖だ。

Orb of Radiance

Orb(オーブ、球) + Radiance(輝き)

A smooth orb that radiates shimmering blue light. A tingling sensation passes through your body when you touch it.

青く揺れる光を放つ、なめらかな球だ。触れるとピリピリとした感覚が体を突き抜ける。

Acolyte Staff

Acolyte(侍祭の) + Staff(杖)

The highest of Xafi priests and priestesses who have ascended beyond morality wield these magical staves.

かつて善徳の果てに悟りへと至ったXafiの最高位の聖職者や僧が
この魔法の棒を振るった。

Lightning Rod

Lightning(稲妻の) + Rod(杖)

A rolling thunder can be heard every time this rod moves through the air.

この杖を振るうとき、渦巻く稲妻が鳴り響く。

Serpent Staff

Serpent(蛇の) + Staff(杖)

A staff resembling a golden snake.

この杖は黄金の蛇を模して作られている。

Stormseed Orb

Storm(嵐) + Seed(種?)+ Orb(オーブ、球)

This orb emits an almost inaudible rumble as it shakes in your hands.

この球を手の中で揺らすと、かすかに嵐の音が聞こえる。

Wand of Fear

Wand(杖) + Fear(恐怖)

This wand will strike fear to the hearts of your enemies.

この杖は敵の心に恐怖を植え付ける。

Shaman Staff

Shaman(呪術者) + Staff(杖)

A rune covered staff with a pulsating poison green gem attached to its tip.
You can sense great power in it.

ルーンが無数に刻み込まれた杖だ。

Missile

Flintlock

A simple firearm. Popular with pirate ship crews.

単純な構造の火器だ。海賊船の船員達がよく用いる。

Blowpipe

Blowpipe(吹き矢)

The deathly silent hunters in the jungles of Xaae favor this weapon for its stealthiness.

Xaaeのジャングルに潜む、静かなる死の狩人達が隠密性を理由にこの武器を好んで使う。

Arquebus

Arquebus(火縄銃)

This large rifle packs enough punch to blast a hole through the hull of a ratling caravel

ラットリングの船体に風穴を開けるほどの威力を持つ、大型のライフルだ。

Crookhorn Longbow

Crook(曲がった) + Horn(角) + Longbow(長弓)

A powerful bow made from the horns of a crookhorn ram.

crookhorn ram(Grimrockの世界に登場する動物)の角から作られた強力な弓だ。

Dragonbreath Revolver

Dragon(竜)+ Breath(吐息) + Revolver(リボルバー)

Powerful runes and enchantments are inscribed upon this weapon to keep
its intricate mechanisms working.

その複雑な機械仕掛は
この武器に刻まれた強力なルーンとエンチャントによって保たれている。

Repeater

Repeater(連発銃)

A crude but effective firearm.
Also known as the "Gunpowder Hog" for its ability to fire pellets in quick bursts.

粗野な外見だが効果的な火器だ。
大量の弾丸を瞬く間に撃ち切る能力を持ち、"火薬喰らい"としても知られる。

Hand Cannon

Commonly found on ship decks,
this cannon has been modified by ratling mechanics to be more portable.

本来は船の甲板にあるべきものである。
この大砲はラットリングの技術士によって、携帯できるように改修されたものだ。

Helmet

Thraelm Tribal Mask

Thraelm(固有名詞?) + Tribal(部族の) + Mask(仮面)

A grotesque mask use in the rites of the Thraelm tribesmen.

このグロテスクな仮面は、Thraelm族の儀式で用いられるものだ。

Xafi Shemagh

Xafi(固有名詞) + Shemagh(砂漠で砂を防ぐために被る頭巾)

The fabric of the shemagh keeps the all pervasive desert dust out of the mouth and nostrils of Xafi caravan masters

この織物で作られた頭巾はXafiの商隊の間で使われ
彼らの口や鼻を砂漠に吹きすさぶ砂埃から守ってきた。

Reed Helmet

Reed(葦) + Helmet(兜)

This helmet is skillfully bound from hundreds of reeds of varying sizes.

この兜は無数の大きな葦を見事に編みこんで作られている。

Bear Skull Helmet

Bear Skull(熊の骨) + Helmet(兜)

The most bloodthirsty of the fjord dwellers wore helmets crafted out of bear skulls.

最も残忍なフィヨルドの住人達が、この熊の骨で作られた兜を被った。

Rogue Hood

Rogue(ローグ) + Hood(頭巾)

A dark hood that covers the head.

顔全体を覆う黒い頭巾だ。

Meteor Helm

Meteor(隕石の) + Helm(兜)

This dark metal helmet seems to be shaped from a single block of meteor stone.

この黒い金属の兜は、一個の隕石から削りだして作られたようだ。

Crystal Helmet

Crystal(水晶) + Helm(Helmet)

This helmet covers its wearer with a veil of pale blue light.

この兜は、着用者を青白い光のベールで包み込む。

錬金素材

Boolddrop Cap

Boolddrop(血の滴る) + Cap(キノコの傘)

Boolddrop Cap is a potent ingredient useid in many kind of healing potions.

Boolddrop Capは様々な種類の回復ポーションの有用な素材として用いられる。

EtherWeed

Ether(エーテル) + Weed(草)

This delicate underwater plant is commonly found on shores and
riverbeds and sometimes even in the depths of underground lakes.
EtherWeed is much sought after the beautiful blue glow of its buds.

この繊細な水生植物は、海岸や河底、時には地下湖にも自生している。
そのつぼみが放つ青く美しい光を辿っていくと、EtherWeedを見つけることができるだろう。

Mudwort

Mud(泥) + Wort(麦)

This uncommon harb can be found underground and sometime in dump,
shadowy place above ground.
The roots of Mudwort have an exceptionally strong grip
and they used to treat snake bites.
Warriors commonly chew the root as it is said to improve their vitality.

この見慣れぬハーブは、地下や湿地、
地上の場合は日の当たらない場所で見つけることができる。
Mudwortの根には非常に強力な鎮静作用があり、蛇に噛まれた際の治療に用いられる。
戦士は活力を高めるために、その根を噛むと云われる。

FalconSkyre

Falcon(隼) + Skyre(空?)

The feathery leaves of Falconskyre reflect the color of sun in yellow,
red and orange hues.
Falconskyre is associated with the element of air and dexterity.
It prefers to grow in large open spaces.

その羽根のような葉は、陽の光を反射して黄色や赤色、オレンジ色に輝く。
Falconskyreは風や器用さと関連があると考えられており、
開けた広い土地にて育つ傾向がある。

Blackmoss

Black(黒) + Moss(苔)

This cancerous moss of darkness feeds on living things.
It reeks of death and chaos. Only the most potent alchemists
dare to handle it.

この黒い腫瘍のような苔は、他の生物を捕食する。
死や混沌を想起させる悪臭を撒き散らし、熟達した錬金術師だけが
覚悟の上で扱うことができる。

Crystal Flower

Crystal(クリスタル) + Flower(花)

A mythical living things,
the Crystal Flower is half plant, half mineral formations.
It is extremely fortunate to find even one in a lifetime.
Alchemists value them very highly

神話上の植物であるCrystal Flowerは、半分が植物、半分が鉱物で構成されている。
一生のうち一回でもCrystal Flowerを目にすることができたなら
それは非常に幸運なことである。
錬金術師達は、Crystal Flowerを極めて価値の高いものとして扱っている。

Horned(角のある) + Fruit(果物)

This Fruit has a very strong stinging taste and is
commonly found in the southern islands.
They are covered with needlelike spikes that can easily pierce the skin and
cause an irritating rash

この果物は非常に刺激のある味をしており、南の島々でよく見つかる。
この果物を覆う針のようなトゲは容易に皮膚を貫き、激しい痒みを引き起こす。

Borra

A delicious mushroom, just waiting to be eaten fresh or dried

美味なキノコ。
新鮮な状態で食べるか、乾燥するのを待ってから食べられる。
